Comprehensive Safety Inspections
Comprehensive Safety Inspections began in 2021 utilizing prior fire inspections, property and liability assessments, vulnerability assessments, and current administrative, plant supervisory, maintenance, police, and emergency preparedness staff. Findings are shared with Maintenance and Operations, Information Technology, Facilities Planning, and KHSD Police Department to generate work orders, plan improvement projects, and optimize operations. Inspections are conducted every two years to provide time for follow-up and to allow for new versions of fire inspections, property and liability assessments, and staff perspectives to contribute updated priorities and outcomes.
