In addition to the above requirements, you must attach the following documents to your online application in order to be considered for the following positions.
Instructional Assistant: California Public High School Diploma, or proficiency test.
Campus Security: SB1626 Campus Safety Certificate, DMV K4 (NO ONLINE PRINTOUTS ARE ACCEPTED)
Clerical Specialist: Typing certificate, a minimum of 40 WPM and must be within 2 years or newer (NO ONLINE CERTIFICATES WILL BE ACCEPTED)
You will need to bring in your CA Valid ID/DL, Social Security Card in order to begin the background check process with the Department of Justice.
After you have successfully completed the above items, an HR Technician will email you an online fingerprint application to begin the background check.
