Refreshed CSTPs

The California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs) have been updated to better equip teachers to meet the needs of today's complex and evolving classrooms, aligning more accurately with the vision of the Kern High School District's "Tradition of Excellence." 

 

These changes reflect a commitment to fairness and respect for each student's unique background, ensuring a fair and accessible education for all.

 

By integrating technology, fostering emotional and social growth, promoting collaboration, and encouraging a growth mindset in educators, the new standards empower teachers to continually refine their skills and adapt to new changes.
