Public Information Office
The Public Information Office aims to provide our students, staff, parents, families and community stakeholders with relevant and immediate information. This site contains KHSD stories, press releases, the KHSD newsletter, and our KHSD News.
The Public Information Office is dedicated to focusing our efforts in the following areas:
- Provide students, families and the community with streamlined information that is relevant to their specific needs and reflects the district’s mission and beliefs.
- Facilitate ongoing, two-way internal communication district wide.
- Positively promote and publicize the Kern High School District and schools.
- Cooperate with all segments of the press, newspapers, radio, and television, recognizing their right to facts and their responsibility to report and/or publish them in a timely manner.
