The Kern High School District hosted the 12th annual Promoting Excellence in Activities and Athletics in Kern (PEAAK) Awards on Wednesday, May 18, at Bakersfield High School's Harvey Auditorium.

The District is providing free voluntary rapid antigen COVID testing for KHSD students to reduce the 10 Day Isolation or Quarantine Period.

Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed each May in the United States since 1949. All month long, Kern High School District mental health professionals, staff, and students will be sharing information and resources to bring awareness and reduce the stigmas surrounding mental health struggles.
