Kern County Career Awareness Month

The Kern High School District is excited to partner with the Kern County Superintendent of Schools and local businesses for Career Awareness Month for an interactive and virtual experience. It is an opportunity for students, parents, and community members to connect with business leaders, explore career paths, and receive more information about the offered career tech programs. KHSD Meal Distribution Changes

The Kern High School District will no longer serve meals on Fridays beginning the week of January 11. Meals will still be distributed to children ages 2 to 18 Monday through Thursday from 1:00 to 2:30 pm at comprehensive high schools and Nueva Continuation High School. Then from 4:30 to 6:00 pm at Arvin High School. We will still provide Friday meals, weekend meals, and holiday meals during Thursday's distribution.
