Congratulations to all KHSD students who participated in the State Robotics Championship! Channel 17's Mary Kate Paquette spoke with our teams and has details on the exciting event.

You will also see stories of field trips making big impressions on our students and how our parents are engaged in learning and a variety of activities in our Parent and Family Centers.

The latest technology is being used to improve the lives and health of our students. Channel 29's Jeff Platt went to gym class to see how these innovative wristbands work and how the real-time information benefits the students and teachers.

Putting together a plan to explore and obtain a career was the focus of the first Kern County Career Expo held on Thursday, February 22, 2018, at Rabobank Convention Center.

Mr. Santos from West High School was given the $1,000.00 "One Classroom at a Time" grant and surprised in his classroom by 29 Eyewitness News cameras.
