Accessing Employee Self Service (ESS)
Please click the link below to access the Employee Self Service portal to view/print paystubs, W2s, and view/change your contact details. The first time you log in, you will need to know your most recent net pay from your Kern High paystub along with your employee ID to verify your identity.
If you run into any issues accessing the portal, please email [email protected]. If you require assistance with a payroll related question, please email your question to [email protected].
If the there is an issue loading the page, you may need to clear the cookies and cashed images and files in your browser:
In Chrome
1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. Press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL, or paste the following into the address bar, and hit Enter - chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", check the boxes.
5. Click Clear data.
In Edge
1. On your computer, open Edge.
2. Press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL, or paste the following into the address bar, and hit Enter - edge://settings/clearBrowserData
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", check the boxes.
5. Click Clear data.
