ROC Groundbreaking Ceremony: Photo Gallery

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Regional Occupational Center (ROC) Expansion project was held Monday, May 21st on the ROC campus at 501 South Mt. Vernon Avenue. Local educators, politicians, ROC administrators, staff, and special guests gathered to celebrate our facility expansion which includes Culinary Arts, Cosmetology, Construction Trades, and Veterinary and Automotive Technology programs. The ROC is an accredited public education/career technical training institution that inspires learning, creativity, innovation, community partnerships and work-based learning opportunities.
