The Kern High School District is teaming up with Kern Medical once again, offering free sports physicals to student athletes.
The event takes place from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at 1111 Columbus Street, Suite 1000.
Students are required to bring the KHSD Sports Physical Authorization Form signed by a parent.
Kern Medical physicians perform more than 1,500 sports physicals annually to help provide the opportunity for students to participate in athletics.
