Special Delivery

Associated Student Body and National Honor Society students from Stockdale High School (StHS) teamed up to help Santa make a big difference in the lives of local children.

For more than two decades, StHS has collected and delivered toys for the Adopt-A-Star program.  Santa and his Elves visited several elementary schools on Thursday, December 15th and handed out brightly wrapped toys to more than 300 students.

Max Sheedy and Dheer Patel enjoyed their “Elf for a Day” responsibilities spreading cheer and sporting festive sweaters.  They called the experience humbling and said they were thankful to have some small role in the happiness of these children this year.

After Principal Ramon Hendrix welcomed the students at each of the six sites visited that day, he introduced the Elves and Santa came in to steal the show!

Each child was presented with a special gift and posed for a photo with Santa and his helpers.
