“Many of us are blessed with having basic daily necessities that often the foster youth in our community, sadly, go without. The Dream Center has done an outstanding job in making sure these youth are not forgotten and are provided with beneficial services. The Kern High School District is proud to partner with the Kern County Network for Children and the community to further the effort in empowering our foster youth to succeed in high school and beyond.” —Dr. Bryon Schaefer, KHSD Superintendent
