The Dental Assistant program at the Regional Occupational Center is in its second year and delivers career focused instruction. At the completion of the program, students will be prepared for an entry level position as a dental assistant.

I was really little I really like Dennis for some reason like I always loved going the dentist the dental assistant program at the regional Occupational Center was the perfect fit for Golden Valley High Junior Cassandra Flores Franklin can you get that side Florida's not only learning that it take to work to get the job done but she's getting the opportunity to map out our future I'm hoping I can get an internship and the following year for senior Year I hope I can get a job dreams of Dentistry are in a table reality for these students are learning the ins-and-outs of working in a dental office with state-of-the-art equipment right at their fingertips that's my sister cuz we're basically starting the last year they were thinking about going to dental hygiene think about becoming dentist will just give him an opportunity to find out this is what it's all about and before Roc you had none of that today for the first time they're getting a put on their gloves and a cyst doctor read with actual patients a man so this is a great opportunity for the student they're able to receive their Radiology certification which allowed them to go into work as a call assistant in an entry level position the program is only in its second year and will be expanding and moving to the new facility being built at independent as a bright future sure to bring smiles to many students so this is wonderful program if I can help you back and make it more successful that's what I want to do at khsd underscore official and online at kernhigh.org
