HEALTH SERVICES

   
Stockdale High School maintains student’s health records, such as medical recommendations, immunization records, etc.  Students who become ill at school should ask their teacher for a pass and report to the Health Office for assistance.  Students who take medications on a regular basis must complete the necessary paperwork each school year, turn in the medication to the Health Specialist, and report to the Health Office at the appointed time.

Student Emergency Cards will be issued to all students during the first week of school.  Parents/guardians must return the Student Emergency Card to the school in case of emergency.  A school nurse is not on duty; therefore it is imperative that updated emergency contacts are on file.
