Each cadet in JROTC in a leadership position, a position
of responsibility, or being considered for promotion is required to have
passing, "C", grades or higher in all classes.

Prior to promotion, or any time at the discretion of the
SAI or AI, cadets will be required to submit a grade check from each
class.

Cadets with a grade of "D" or "F" in any class will be
placed on academic probation for a period of three weeks.

Cadets that fail to attain a passing grade of "C" or
higher upon the completion of the probationary period will be reduced in
rank to Private and removed from any position of responsibility.

Any cadet that fails to turn in a grade check on, or prior
to, the required date, and time, will be placed on academic probation.
