 DEPARTMENT VISION STATEMENT

Junior ROTC is a national program authorized by laws enacted by Congress and conducted by the Department of the Army in cooperation with educational institutions in response to needs expressed by the people of the United Sates.

Mission:  The mission of the Junior ROTC is “To motivate young people to be better citizens.”

Purpose:  The program works to instill in students in United States secondary educational  institutions the values of citizenship, service to the community and the United States, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment.
