Welcome to Centennial's homepage for testing information.  Here you will find dates, important details, registration links, and other helpful tidbits regarding all national (PSAT, SAT, ACT, AP) and state (CAHSEE, STAR) examinations. 

While no student enjoys taking exams, these tests represent to academics what Friday-night represents to football players ... the opportunity to compete and demonstrate your skills and preparation.  I encourage all CHS students to prepare for these exams with the same diligence that is so frequently demonstrated by our students on stage, in athletics, in mock trial, at Virtual Business competitions, etc.

SAT & ACT Test Preparation

ZAPS/RMASS Educational Seminars are available to assist students to attain higher scores on the PSAT, SAT, and ACT.  Students gain valuable insight into the exam, test preparation strategies, and general test taking tips.  Motivational instruction and hands-on practice allows the student to understand their strengths and weaknesses and offers suggestions for post-workshop test preparation.  Cost is $79 for one workshop or $140 for both.  Students should drop by the career center for more information. 

  • SAT Prep Class  (Sponsored by ZAPS/RMASS Learning Company)

    • Centennial High School: Wed & Thu April 23 - 24.  3:00 - 5:30 p.m.

    • Liberty High School: Wed & Thu April 23 - 24.  6:00 - 9:30 p.m.

  • ACT Prep Class

    • Stockdale High School: Saturday April 26, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
