Where will my high school student attend high school if I buy this house?

Kern High School District is experiencing rapid growth.  In response, the District has built six new high schools since 1991.  The latest, Frontier High, opens in August, 2006.  Two more new high schools are planned for 2008 openings with an additional two schools to follow as needed.

Opening new schools and coping with overcrowding necessitates changing school boundaries.

The most reliable source for information on Kern High School District attendance boundaries and the school assigned to a specific address is the Kern High School District, Research & Planning Office, 661.827.3256.  Questions may also be directed to boundaryquestions@khsd.k12.ca.us .
