Opportunity is an on-campus program which meets in a self-contained classroom with one teacher. Students may take 4 or 6 periods a day according to contract made with the instructor. Students enroll in OP as a result of referral for disciplinary reasons or as a voluntary transfer. Subjects include: English, Math, Health/Drivers Ed, and Social Studies. Students may also be furloughed on home study at the discretion of instructor. Upon recommendation by instructor and approval by Dean of Students, student may enter regular program at semester.
