Introduction

The following are a few main projects the Migrant Learning center works on during the school year.

Certificate of Eligibility (COE): This form must be completely filled out before a student  is classified as migrant and it is done during the screening process with student present and parent signature is required.

Annual Contract: This form is used to get current parental permission to continue offering services to the student and updated information is also obtained. It is required that annual contract be done on every migrant student before a full year expires on the date the student first was classified as a migrant student. The Annual Contract is use all done by a home visit.

Individual Learning Plan (ILP): The ILP is basically a migrant transcript that list all migrant services that have been given to the student along with class schedule and credits earned. This form must be given to each migrant student before a specified date.
