Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) & Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELO) Grant Plan

The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is an important component of the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). Under the LCFF all school districts are required to prepare an LCAP, which describes how they intend to meet annual goals for all pupils, with specific activities to address state and local priorities identified in the California Education Code, Section 52060(d).

This is a fantastic opportunity for the public to be directly involved in enriching our community and the educational initiatives of Kern County. Our timeline displays all of the future public forums, where parents, business owners, non-profit organizations, and students can collaborate together to build the right plan for our students.
